Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the WESN Reviews platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your clinic or organization.

You agree to use WESN Reviews only to request and manage reviews from clients who have actually visited your clinic, and to comply with the terms of any connected platform (such as Google Business Profile). You must not use the service to post fake reviews, to suppress or misrepresent genuine reviews unlawfully, or to send unsolicited messages that violate anti-spam law (including Canada's CASL).

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the clients whose details you upload, and for obtaining any consent required under applicable privacy and health legislation. WESN Reviews acts as a processor of that data on your behalf.

There are no paid plans or per-user fees in WESN Reviews. Development, hosting, SMS and email costs are agreed directly between WESN Health and Can Indigo Solutions Inc.

We work to keep the service available and secure but provide it "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law, subject to the support agreement between WESN Health and Can Indigo Solutions Inc.
