WESN Reviews ("WESN Reviews", "we", "us") provides reputation-management software to healthcare clinics. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, provincial health-privacy legislation such as Ontario's PHIPA.

Clinic account data: names, work emails, roles and clinic details of the staff who use the dashboard.

Client contact data provided by the clinic: a client's name and phone/email, used solely to send that clinic's review requests on the clinic's behalf.

Feedback and ratings submitted by clients through review-request links.

Usage and device data needed to operate and secure the service.

To deliver the service: send review requests, collect ratings, route private feedback to the clinic, and display analytics.

To secure and improve the platform.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client contact details for any purpose other than the clinic's own review requests.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored with reputable cloud providers. Access is restricted by role. We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. Clinics act as the data controller for their clients; client requests are handled together with the relevant clinic. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
